Salary: £49,000 - £55,000

Full Time

Location: Flexible (Essex, Lincolnshire, London or Medway)

Our new Director of Services will lead, inspire and manage our community-based services teams, Carers Hub and volunteer team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and accomplished leader who can work in co-production with carers to ensure that our services are exceptional, well led, innovative and contribute to making a positive difference to the lives of carers.

This role will build effective relationships and partnerships and play an active role as a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Carers First in implementing the charity’s strategy and unlocking the whole organisation’s potential.
